The spiral heat exchanger is a heat exchanger in which two parallel metal plates are rolled into two spiral channels, and heat exchange occurs between the cold and hot fluids through the spiral plate walls. There are two types of spiral plate heat exchangers: detachable and non-detachable.
The spiral plate heat exchanger has the advantages of small volume, compact equipment, high heat transfer efficiency, and low metal consumption. It is suitable for liquid-liquid, gas-liquid, and gas-gas convective heat transfer, steam condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer, and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mechanical, power, environmental protection, energy conservation and other industries that require heat conversion.
