The tubular exchanger is the most widely used heat exchanger in the chemical and alcohol production industries. It mainly consists of a shell, tube sheets, heat exchange tubes, heads, and baffles. The materials required can be made of ordinary carbon steel, red copper, or stainless steel respectively. During heat exchange, one fluid enters from the connection pipe of the head, flows inside the tubes, and exits from the outlet pipe at the other end of the head, which is called the tube pass; the other fluid enters from the of the shell and exits from another on the shell， which is called the shell pass.
